柴油机活塞燃烧室的网络化数控加工实现方案

摘    要:本文通过对某船用柴油机活塞燃烧室的结构工艺分析,介绍了活塞燃烧室加工的装夹方法,阐述了基于CAXA数控车的程序编制以及基于CAXA网络DNC的参数设置的方法,从而实现了活塞燃烧室的网络化数控加工,并在生产过程中得到了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:Based on structure analysis of marine diesel engine piston’s combustor, a clamping method for processing is introduced, the methods of programming based on CAXA NC turning and parameters setting based on CAXA network DNC are represented. With the methods of above, a way of CNC machining based on Web is realized which has achieved good application effect in the production process.
