摘    要:对六种阀控密封铅酸蓄电池用密封胶性能进行了试验对比。就电池生产及电池寿命周期内的几个关键指标密封性能、适用期、高低温性能、固化后外观、固化后浸酸失重、使用过程中气味及使用后是否变色影响电池外观等方面性能进行了实测。从中选择了综合性能较高的一种电池密封胶,生产了电池样品进行电池胶耐高温高压试验和高低温循环试验实际应用性能测试。

Abstract:The performance comparison of six VRLA batteries sealants is given in this paper.Several key indexes of battery production and life cycle are tested.A high performance sealant is chosen and used in the sample VRLA batteries.Some tests including high-temperature tests and low-temperature tests are also presented.Finally,the test results are compared.
