TiO2@C纳米纤维作为钠离子电池负极材料的研究

摘    要:二氧化钛作为钠离子电池负极材料是近几年来的一个研究热点,其中锐钛矿型的TiO2作为负极材料体现出优异的储钠特性。TiO2是一种常用的半导体材料,自身电导率较低,晶格排列比较紧密,不利于钠离子在电极材料中传输。本文针对TiO2负极材料低电导率,单一晶型TiO2钠离子传输慢的问题,采用静电纺丝的方法制备了TiO2@C纳米纤维,通过控制前驱体烧结温度制备出了混合晶型的TiO2@C复合材料,得到了性能较为优异的钠离子电池负极材料。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide as a negative electrode material for sodium ion batteries has been a research hotspot in recent years.Anatase type TiO2 as an anode material exhibits excellent sodium storage performance.TiO2 is a commonly semiconductor material with low self-conductivity and relatively close lattice arrangement,which is not conducive to the transmission of sodium ions in the electrode material.In this paper,the preparation of the TiO2@C nanofibers by electrospinning method is introduced,in which the mixed crystal form of TiO2@C is prepared by controlling the sintering temperature of its precursor.The TiO2@C nanofibers has been obtained with excellent performance.
