基于分布式的核动力船舶电力监控系统设计

摘    要:核动力船舶具有良好的应用背景,电力系统为核动力船舶的重要系统,其电力监控系统的设计需综合考虑船舶电力系统以及核电电力监控系统设计。本文根据核动力船舶电力系统的特点,提出一种基于分布式的电力监控系统,可实现对发电机和电网的控制管理、数据监测、故障报警、优化调度、配电数据监测、负载远程遥控等功能,同时满足船舶孤网发电,空间紧凑以及核电需对用电设备进行分级、可靠性高的要求。该系统对核动力船舶的电力监控系统的标准定制以及后续设计具有重大的参考意义。

Abstract:Nuclear ship has a good application background, its electric power system is an important system. Design requirements of non nuclear ship power system and nuclear power station should be considered comprehensively for designing the electric power monitoring system. According to the characteristics of the nuclear ship’s electric power system, a distributed electric power monitoring system is proposed and introduced, which can realize functions of control of the generator and power grid management, data monitoring, fault alarm, optimization scheduling, distribution data monitoring and load remote control etc. and also satisfy requirements of the ship power system’s isolated operation, compact space and electric equipment classification and high reliability. This system is of good reference significance to the standard customization and subsequent design of the electric power monitoring system of nuclear ships.
