一种稳缆绞车控制系统设计与研究

摘    要:为了提高海上吊装或风电场吊装,本文设计了稳缆绞车电气控制系统,采用西门子G120电动变频驱动,控制器选用西门子S7-1200。G120设置在转矩控制模式时,绞车工作于随动工况,使缆风绳处于恒张力状态。系统配置一个7英寸触摸屏,可以设置相关参数和显示缆绳张力。系统使用性能稳定,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the stability of offshore hoisting or wind farm hoisting,the electrical control system of a cable-stabilized winch is designed.In the system,the winch is driven by Siemens G120,the controller is Siemens s7-1200.When the G120 is set in torque control mode,the winch works in follow-up condition,keeping the cable in constant tension state.The system is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen on which parameters can be set up and cable tension can be displayed.The actual on-site operation shows than the performance of the system is stable and the desired effects are achieved.
