船舶电力推进系统故障诊断与预测技术综述

摘    要:船舶电力推进系统结构的复杂性增加了故障发生的概率和故障检测难度,故障诊断与预测技术有助于提高电力推进船舶的安全性,减少维修成本与周期。故障诊断技术是故障预测技术的基础,故障预测技术是实现船舶电力推进系统智能健康管理的终极途径。本文对船舶电力推进系统的故障诊断与预测技术研究现状进行了详细综述,在此基础上,指出多方法结合和基于“时域”“空域”多源信息融合的故障诊断与预测是未来重点研究方向。

Abstract:The complexity of the structure of marine electric propulsion system increases the probability of failure.Fault diagnosis and prediction technology can improve the safety of electric propulsion ships,as well as reduce the maintenance cost and time.Fault diagnosis technology is the foundation of fault prediction technology,and fault prediction technology is the effective way to realize intelligent health management of marine electric propulsion system.In this paper,the overview about the fault diagnosis and prediction technology of marine electric propulsion system is reviewed in detail,and the future research direction of a combinantion of multiple methods and a combining of time-space domain is proposed based on the existing problems.
