摘    要:舰载显控台其尺寸较大,内部结构紧凑,实现其内部液冷管路组件的设计与应用其难度较大。本文以舰载显控台的结构为基础,阐述了舰载显控台的液冷组件工作的机理,通过实现液冷管路组件的分水器设计、液冷管路走管设计和走管长度设计等相关工作,实现了显控台的液冷组件设计,并将此液冷组件应用到产品项目中,进行海军相关要求的试验,经试验验证液冷组件应用的可行性。

Abstract:As a large-scale liquid-cooled display console,the ship-borne display console has larger size and more compact internal structure.It is more difficult to realize the design and application of its internal liquid-cooled pipeline components.Based on the structure and the liquid cooling design requirement of the navigational integrated situation display console,it expounds the working principle of the liquid cooling components.By realizing the design of water divider,pipeline and pipeline length of the liquid-cooled pipeline components,it realizes the design of the liquid-cooled component of the navigational integrated situation display console,applies the liquid-cooled components to the product and carries out the experiment of navy related requirements.The feasibility of the application of the liquid-cooled components is verified by the experiment.
