摘    要:对舰船离心泵进行技术状态评估是提高离心泵运行可靠性,为状态维修提供合理决策的重要手段。为了完善舰船离心泵技术状态评估技术,在参阅有关标准等文献的基础上,系统地建立了评估指标体系,并应用物元理论对离心泵技术状态进行评估。在对离心泵指标进行量化的基础上,可以定量地评估离心泵的技术状态,同时采用专家打分法,能够合理、快速地给出各指标权重。经实例分析证明,基于物元理论的离心泵技术状态评估方法合理有效。

Ship centrifugal technical condition assessment based on matter element theory
Abstract:The assessment of the ship centrifugal pump technical condition is to improve the operational reliability of centrifugal pump, and is an important means for the state to provide reasonable maintenance decisions. To improve thetech-nical condition assessment technology of the marine centrifugal pump, this paper systematically establishes evaluation index system based on the available standards and other information, and matter element theory is applied to assess the technical condition of centrifugal pump. On the basis of the quantification of the centrifugal pump, the operational condition of the centrifugal pump can be evaluated quantitatively, and the weight of each index can be given reasonably and quickly by using the expert scoring method, which can improve the accuracy of the evaluation. The case analysis proves that the method is reasonable and effective for the condition assessment of the centrifugal pump based on the theory of matter element.
