摘    要:针对目前缺乏陀螺支承结构故障在线检测方法的现状,分析了通过检测声信号来分析陀螺支承结构故障的方法.提出了陀螺声信号频率与陀螺马达转速间的关系,并建立了测量数据模型.根据陀螺声信号微弱、测量噪声复杂的特点,提出利用相参处理技术提取陀螺声信号多普勒频率的方法.对某型电控罗经的实验测量结果表明,相参处理技术能够提取微弱的陀螺声信号,验证了陀螺声信号频率与陀螺马达转速间的关系,得到了陀螺支承结构声信号的频率特性,为进一步研究故障检测算法提供了基础.

Abstract:In view of the shortage of the present fault detection technology of gyro supporting structure,a method of fault detection of gyro supporting structure based on sound signal is presented and the relation between the frequency of gyro sound signal and the rotate speed of gyro motor is studied in this paper.
