摘    要:针对发动机的转子故障,提出了一种基于尺度谱图像纹理特征和遗传算法的故障诊断技术.根据不同转速下的3类转子故障数据样本,运用连续小波尺度谱图像纹理特征提取其图像纹理特征.采用遗传算法对这些特征进行选择优化,去除与分类不相关的冗余特征.最后,构建结构自适应集成神经网络对优化后的特征进行智能诊断.试验表明,该方法能准确地诊断出转子的故障,具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:Aimed at the engine rotor fault,a new diagnosis method based on the texture features of the scalogram image and genetic algorithm is proposed. According to 3 classes rotor faults samples,continous wavelet scalogram image texture features are obtained. Then,the genetic algorithm was received to select and optimize these features.
