气动移水水力过渡过程仿真研究

摘    要:气动移水方式因其系统管路简单方便操作,在航空、船舶、化工等领域都有广泛应用.然而在完成移水阀门关闭过程中存在剧烈水锤冲击,对系统存在较大的危害.本文通过对典型的2个水箱间气动移水的瞬态阀门启闭过程进行仿真,详细分析了阀门操作时间、供气压力以及操作阀门位置对系统水锤的影响.根据仿真结果可知,在适当控制关阀时间和供气压力的基础上,操作远离供水水箱的阀门可有效降低系统水锤冲击压力,抑制水锤对系统的破坏.

Abstract:Conveying water by compressed gas is widely used in many fields such as ship, aeronautics, chemical in-dustry due to the simple piping system and operation. However as the control valve shutting down after transferring water fierce water hammer is induced and causes great damages to the system. This paper simulated the typical procedure of mov-ing water between two water tanks and investigated the influence of operating time, gas pressure and the position of the con-trol valve on the water hammer in the piping system. According to the numerical results, by controlling the operating time and gas pressure, operating the control valve far away from the supplying water tanks can decrease the shock pressure of the water hammer and attenuate the damage induced by water hammer.
