摘    要:舰船管系承担各种流体介质的输送任务,特别是水下舰船管系,空间布置复杂,在工作过程中受到多荷载作用,导致管系位移变化较大。本文选取典型的舰船水下疏水空间管系,对管系在重力荷载、内压力荷载和流体瞬变动荷载作用下的位移变化进行仿真分析,结果表明流体瞬变所产生的动荷载是引起管路位移变化的最主要因素,当管系介质温度变化较大或流体瞬变产生的压力增量较大时,温度载荷和增量载荷也不可忽视。

Abstract:The ship pipeline is used to transport different medium and the space arrangement is complicated for the underwater pipeline which displacement is great change induced by multiple loads during the working process.In this paper,an underwater draining pipeline model is built with typical complex space characteristics and the vibration displacement is simulated with the effect of gravity load,inner pressure load and dynamic load caused by fluid transient.The result shows that the dynamic load induced by fluid transient determines the displacement change of the pipeline,while the temperature and pressure rise due to fluid transient with larger increments should be taken into account.
