舰船弹库泄压排气装置配置方案研究

摘    要:本文针对某型舰弹库配置的泄压排气装置配置数量进行了研究。根据建立的导弹意外点火弹库泄压排气数学模型,采用数值计算方法,针对4种泄压装置配置方案,分别计算了导弹意外点火过程中弹库内部压力、温度和排气口排气速度曲线。分别对4种配置方案的计算结果,分析压力、温度和排气速度的影响,得出最佳配置方案,为弹库泄压排气装置配置提供了设计依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the quantity of pressure relief and exhaust devices in some ammunition depot of warship.Based on the mathematical model of ammunition depot pressure relief exhaust when missile is unexpected firing,the internal pressure,temperature of magazine and exhaust velocity of vent are calculated respectively about the four configuration schemes by numerical computation method.The effects of pressure,temperature and exhaust velocity were analyzed.The optimal configuration scheme is obtained,this can provide the design basis for the configuration of pressure relief and exhaust device of some ammunition depot of warship.
