| 摘 要： | 对船舶性能作出科学的评价对提高船舶的设计质量来说至关重要.针对船舶性能综合评价中存在的问题,根据目前主观赋权法与客观赋权法各自的特点,提出了复合权重的概念,将灰关联分析法应用到船舶性能的评价上来,建立了基于复合权重的船舶性能综合评价方法,并通过实例验证了该方法的合理性,为科学地评价船舶性能提供了一种新的有价值的参考.

| Abstract: | It is very important for ensuring the quality of ship design to make the scientific evaluation of ship performance.In order to solve the problem of the comprehensive evaluation of ship performance,the concept of synthesized weight was established according to the characteristics of subjective weight and objective weigh.Then the comprehensive evaluation method of ship performance based on synthesized weight was proposed by applying the method of grey relational analysis to the comprehensive evaluation of ship performance.Finally the rationality of the method was verified by an applying example of the method.Therefore,a new valuable decision making method for the scientific evaluation of ship performance was provided in the paper. |
