摘    要:针对船体结构腐蚀凹坑修复问题,利用热-力耦合弹塑性数值计算技术,研究了焊补修复方法,对较大面积和深度坡口的厚壳体凹坑多道焊接过程进行模拟计算,掌握壳体凹坑修复过程中温度场和应力场分布规律,得到最佳工艺参数,并利用试验进行验证.结果表明,采用数值计算方法可较准确预测焊接的温度场和变形以及厚板结构的残余应力,为工艺参数的制定提供重要依据.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of pits repairing in hull structure,the welding-repair method is studied by using the thermo-mechanical numerical simulation.The multi-channel welding process of thick shells with large area and deep groove is simulated.The distribution rules of temperature field and stress field in the process of repairing the pits are obtained,and the optimum process parameters are obtained and validated by experiments.The results show that the temperature field and deformation of the welded joint and the residual stress of the slab structure can be accurately predicted by the numerical method,which provides important basis for the formulation of process parameters.
