摘    要:为提高船舶主机监控系统软件的可移植性以及可靠性和硬件采集电路的故障诊断能力及其采集精度,可以采用μC/OS-Ⅲ操作系统作为软件开发平台提高软件可移植性以及可靠性,而对于温度、压力、转速及开关量的硬件电路均设计了断线故障诊断功能而且采用了多重滤波提高采集信号的精度。系统通信是基于CCP协议的CAN通信,其功能丰富可靠性高。此系统已成功应用于样机中并取得了稳定可靠的数据采集和控制效果。

Abstract:To improve the software transportability and reliability, hardware acquisition circuit fault diagnosis and ac-quisition accuracy of vessel monitoring system, we can use μC/OS-Ⅲ operating system as the software development plat-form to improve software transportability and reliability, and the acquisition circuit of temperature, pressure, speed and switch are designed to diagnosis break fault by itself and the use of multiple filtering to improve the accuracy of signal ac-quisition. CAN communication system is used and it is based on CCP for its high reliability and powerful. This system has been successfully applied to the prototype and made steady and reliable data acquisition and control.
