摘    要:针对离心泵压力脉动频频率范围宽的问题,设计出一种可以同时衰减离心泵轴频脉动和叶频脉动的衰减器.该衰减器由蓄能器组和亥姆霍兹衰减器组成,根据其工作原理,对蓄能器容积、蓄能器充气压力、蓄能器阻尼孔和亥姆霍兹衰减器阻尼孔等参数进行优化设计,并对研制出的样机进行试验研究.试验结果表明,离心泵压力脉动衰减器对轴频脉动和叶频脉动均有较好的衰减器效果,离心泵在工作压力范围内,出口管路压力脉动均可衰减5 dB以上.

Abstract:Focusing on the wide range of pulse frequency of centrifugal pump, a pressure impulses pulsation attenuator is designed , which can attenuate the centrifugal pump shaft frequency and blade frequency pulse. The attenuator is made up of accumulators and helmholtz attenuators. According to its working principle, many design parameters such as the accumu-lator volume, accumulator charging pressure, damping hole dimensions of accumulator and helmholtz attenuator are optim-ized. Prototype is developed, experiments are carried out and studied. The test results show that it has good attenuating effect on minimizing shaft frequency and blade frequency pulse, the export pipeline pressure pulsation can be reduced by more than 5 db attenuation, within the scope of working pressure of centrifugal pump.
