齿轮箱模态测试与分析

摘    要:齿轮箱是舰船动力装置的一个重要部件,易出现故障,也是舰船振动与噪声的主要根源之一。本文在建立模态试验的理论模型后,采用锤击模态测试方法对某型齿轮箱模态进行了实测,测试结果显示了齿轮箱的振型并得到了模态参数,有助于掌握该型齿轮箱的动态特性。最后,对试验进行了总结并提出了建议。

Abstract:Gearbox is an important part of warship power plant which is easy to lead to faults, it is also one of the important sources of warship vibration and noise. After setting up the theoretic model of modal measurement, we test on the model of some kind of gearbox by hammered model measurement method. The measuring results are presented in detail. Vibration model and modal parameters of the gearbox are showed in the result. It is helpful for us to grasp the dynamic features of this kind of gearbox. A conclusion is made and some advice for the measurement is given finally.
