摘    要:耐蚀性是不锈钢最为重要的特殊性能,经酸洗钝化处理后的不锈钢的耐蚀性将大大提升.本文从理论上阐述了酸洗钝化的必要性、酸洗钝化提升耐蚀性的原理、酸洗钝化通常采用的工艺与方法;并在此基础上,结合不锈钢加工过程中的实际情况,详细说明了几种常用酸洗钝化工艺的优缺点,以及酸洗钝化过程中应该注意的问题和酸洗钝化的质量检验一般要求.

Abstract:Stain resistance is the most important special performance of the stainless steel,and it will be highly improved after that be pickled and passivated.In theory,this article describes the necessity and theory of pickling and passivating,and the process and method it used;then,according to the actual situation of the manufacturing process of the stainless steel,the article gives a detailed statement of the characteristic and the problem of pickling and passivating and describes its quality control general requirements.
