摘    要:建立了舰船装备总体设计指标体系,提出了综合效能的概念,能同时体现对作战能力和后勤保障能力的描述;在系统分析目前广泛采用的舰船装备总体设计准则及其优缺点的基础上,提出了基于效费比的优化设计准则,在强调装备综合效能的前提下,充分考虑装备的经济承受能力,为有效提高经费的使用效益创造条件。

Abstract:Index system of warship equipment conceptual design was established and comprehensive effectiveness was put forward to describe operational capability and logistics support capability.Optimal design criterion based on effectiveness-cost ratio was brought forward on the basis of complete analysis on current warship equipment conceptual design criterion and its advantages and disadvantages.On the condition of emphasizing equipment comprehensive effectiveness,the criterion effectively took into account endurance capability in economy and created conditions to availably improve cost using effectiveness.
