摘    要:提出利用成熟的简单循环船用燃气轮机将其派生为一型间冷循环大功率船用燃气轮机的新构想,并且原发动机燃气发生器的通流部分和结构大部分保持不变,以继承原机的可靠性。用1台实际发动机作为案例进行的分析研究表明,采用间冷循环,并精心匹配,在燃气轮机的功率显著增加(约28%)的同时,其效率也可略有提升(约3%),具有工程实施价值。

Abstract:A new concept is proposed,under which by utilizing a proven simple-cycle marine gas turbine a type of intercooling-cycle high-power marine gas turbine has been derived.Moreover,major portions of the gas generator flow path and structure of the original engine have been kept unchanged with a view to inheriting the reliability of the original engine.With an actually existing engine serving as a practical example its analytic study indicates that the use of an intercooling cycle combined with a meticulous matching of relevant components can bring about a slight enhancement of engine efficiency(about 3%) with a simultaneous significant increase(about 28%)in gas turbine power output.This shows that the concept under discussion has potential value for engineering applications.
