| Abstract: | This paper tracks the international convention’s developments on emission reduction and energy saving standards,according to the overall development ideas of transformation from shipbuilding country to shipbuilding power,study on response measures,sorts of development strategy for the common green technology research on low-emission and energy-saving for the development of our own green marine equipment specification standards for reference. |
