船用舱底泵系统脉动压力抑制研究

摘    要:船用舱底泵系统由于设备固有特性而存在脉动压力过大的问题,从而引起系统在输送流体过程中存在较大的振动和噪声。本文针对舱底泵压力脉动机理,提出了舱底泵系统脉动压力抑制的解决方案。系统改进前后对比试验表明,系统内部脉动压力得到了显著抑制,采用的脉动消减装置具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Due to the inherent characteristics of the reciprocating pump,the marine bilge system has the problem of excessive fluctuation pressure,which causes serious vibration and noise in the course of transmission fluid.According to the pressure plusation mechanism of bilge pump,this paper puts forward the solution of fluctuation pressure reduction.The contrast experiment shows that internal fluatuation pressure is significantly reduced and the fluctuation reduction device has great application prospect.
