摘    要:针对目前舵传动拉杆容易腐蚀的问题,对0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb、18Cr2Ni4WA等几种常用不锈钢材料进行了腐蚀试验对比分析,实海潮差腐蚀、盐雾/干/湿交替循环腐蚀、动电位极化及人工海水全浸腐蚀试验结果表明,0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb材料可用于拉杆耐腐蚀材料并优于目前舷外拉杆材料。

Abstract:To the problem of the poor corrosion resistance of the outboard transmission pole,the corrosion experiments of several kinds of common stainless steel including 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb and 18Cr2Ni4WA were analyzed in this paper.From the seawater-tide corrosion experiment,the salt spray / dry / wet alternate cycling corrosion experiment,the potentiodynamic polarization and the artificial sea immersion corrosion experiment,it can be indicated that the 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb can be used as the corrosion resistant material and is superior to the material of the current transmission pole.
