船用胶粘剂粘接工艺

摘    要:某新型常温固化船用胶粘剂粘合强度,技术指标要求≥1.5 MPa,为了实际应用该胶粘剂,研究了胶粘剂的粘接工艺。以胶粘剂粘接钢/橡胶拉伸试样为对象,研究了不同施压载荷和时间对粘合强度的影响。在固定施压载荷和时间的条件下,对单位面积胶粘剂用量与粘合强度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在施压压力0.18 MPa、施压时间5 h条件下,将单位面积胶粘剂用量控制在(21.64~59.43)g/m2(双面),其粘合强度可满足技术指标要求。

Abstract:The bonding strength of the new adhesive used for ship based on normal temperature curable must be larger than or equal to 1.5 MPa,the bonding process of the new adhesive were investigated for plant use.Choosing the tensile specimen for bonding of steel and rubber as the study object,effects of different compression pressure and time on tensile bonding strength were investigated.In the case of fixed compression pressure and time,the relations between the tensile bonding strength and adhesive mass of per unit area were investigated.The results showed that keeping the pressure at 0.18 MPa for 5 h and controlling adhesive mass of per unit area range from 21.64g/m2 to 59.43g/m2(double-side),the tensile bonding strength can meet requirements of technical index.
