摘    要:为应对恐怖组织利用蛙人或水下机器人等小型武器的攻击,需要在一些重要的部位,如港口、码头、海岸洞库和锚泊水域中安装水下智能监控系统,而小目标识别技术是该系统的核心技术之一.本文对蛙人等水下小目标的特征进行了研究,提出基于形态特征的水下小目标识别方法.由实验结果可以得出,此算法具有较高的小目标检测率,有效提高了水下智能监控系统的可靠性.

Abstract:In order to defense the attack from diver and underwater robot of terrorism,underwater surveillance systems are installed in some important area,such as port,dock,seashore depository and anchorage.The recognition of small target is the key technology.The shape characteristic of underwater small target is discussed in this paper.Algorithm for recognition of underwater small target based on shape characteristic is proposed.Practising results are presented and indicate that this algorithm is of high detecting rate,which increases the reliability of the underwater surveillance systems.
