舰船磁电相差式转矩仪的误差分析及实验研究

本文目的是寻求提高舰船柴油机输出扭矩在线测量精度的途径,以能适应舰船机舱恶劣工作环境的磁电相差式转矩仪为研究对象.根据其工作原理,从输出轴、磁电传感器和测试仪器3个方面详细分析了可能引起测量误差的原因,尤其是2路信号波形变化不一致和感应涡流引起的转速特性误差,在此基础上提出了从根本上提高测量精度的途径,并在1台船用柴油机上建立了实验装置.实验结果表明,文中所提出的方法能有效提高测量精度.
