| 摘 要： | 应用CFD软件对某高炉煤气余热锅炉进行数值模拟，研究了余热锅炉内部的流动和温度分布，分析了各部分烟道中的换热情况以及流场对换热的影响。将数值模拟与热力计算数据进行比较，根据分析结果，提出了修正热力计算中影响传热系数相关参数的建议，为提高热力计算的精度提供依据，文中的研究可为同类余热锅炉的设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | Numerical simulation of BFG waste heat boiler has been conducted by the CFD software .The distribu-tion of flow fields and temperature fields in the waste heat boiler is studied , and the heat transfer of each flue duct analyzed .By comparing the numerical simulation and the result of thermal calculation , the relevant parame-ter of heat transfer coefficient has been corrected .Our research provides a theoretical basis for design of the same kind waste heat boiler . |
