基于小波包变换的非线性自适应均衡器算法

摘    要:提出了一种基于小波包变换的非线性均衡器,利用小波包对信号较强的去相关能力来提高均衡器的收敛速度,并通过能量归一化过程给出了一种自适应均衡算法。在仿真实验中,针对无线通信数字信号传输过程中由于多径效应和信道衰落而产生的码间干扰(ISI)问题,比较了最小均方(LMS)算法和基于小波包变换的均衡器算法的均衡效果,并对不同尺度下的均衡算法进行了比较。结果表明,基于小波包变换的均衡算法具有更快的收敛速度;当小波包基的分解尺度增大时,均衡器的收敛速度也随之加快。

Abstract:Nonlinear equalizer based on wavelet packet transform is proposed,in which the strong ability of wavelet packet with de-correlation is utilized.An adaptive equalization algorithm is put forward through the energy normalization process.In the simulation,the problem about the inter symbol interference(ISI) caused by the multipath effect and channel decay is considered.The equalization effect of traditional Least Mean Square(LMS) algorithm is compared with the adaptive equalizer based on the wavelet packet.The latter has a faster convergence speed.If the decomposition scale increases,the convergence speed can be further expedited.
