Preveting Collisions of Two Vessels in the Crossing Situation |

| Abstract: | According to the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea and navigation practice, this paper introduces the responsibility attribution to two vessels in a crossing situation. It also explains the occasion of preventing collisions and the shiphandling for the crossing vessels. |
