Classification and Definition of the Forms of Maritime Distress |

| Abstract: | Its maritime distress that the carrier often cites as a defense against the shipper or receiver of the goods for immunity. There are mainly three types of maritime distress. After having them differentiated and defined separately,this article holds the opinion that seaworthiness is the foundation and premise of maritime distress. |
