| Abstract: | The ports under the jurisdiction of HeShang Island Marine Department are to be the important waterway transport center of steel in Dalian, and the safety supervision is becoming more complicated. Based on the practice, the paper analyzes the factors of water traffic accidents made by ships carrying steel, points out the focal points of safety supervision and puts torward some constructive suggestions. |
