Collision Avoidance in Converging Overtaking/Crossing Situation |

| Abstract: | In this paper,on the basis of discussion on conditions involving overtaking and on the responsibility of the overtaking vessel,the causes of the collision which happened frequently and the collision avoidance relationship of the vessels under converging overtaking/crossing situation are analyzed,and the cautions of the collision avoidance under this situation are proposed. |
