| Abstract: | As a result of the separation of ownership and management in the shipping context, the professional ship management industry and company has been a significant embranchment of international shipping industry. This paper bases on the latest trends of international ship management industry, namely, Intermanager is engaged in developing pan-industry Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for ship managers, carries out the analysis of the reasons for the initiative, and makes a prediction of the influences.In conclusion, it can provide for references to ship management industry of China. |
