| Abstract: | This article began with the analysis to the theory of ship mortgage right and its registration procedure's legalization,then briefly discussed several disputes that ship registration administration fell across during the course of the registration recent practice,including the cognizance of ship ownership,the assessment to ship value,mortgage registration claims and registration modification and so on.Meanwhile,it respectively offered feasible suggestions in order to further promote the work of ship mortgage registration. |
