| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了PSPC标准的基本概况和实施要求，以及实施后对建造和设计产生的影响。以57000DWT散货船为例，简要阐述了舾装生产设计针对油漆保护所采取的应对措施。以图例的方式介绍了各压载水舱内舾装件的布置情况和特点以及现场的建造方法和施工流程。重点讨论了设计过程中的注意要点和现场施工过程中的难点．并提出了有待解决的问题，为以后的生产设计提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The article briefly introduced seneral situation of PSPC,requirements for implementing the standards and the effect on construction and design accordingly. Taking 57 000 DWT bulk carrier as an example, the article presented measures of outfitting product design to deal with coating protection. Arrangement and characteristics of outfitting equipment in water ballast tanks and construction methods and process were also given by illustration. The article especially discussed key points during design and difficulties in progress of construction,put forward problems to be solved and may serve as reference for product design. |
