| Abstract: | The design aims to set a new concept in order to consturuct a safe, ecologically friendly and economic global shipping system.It contains the following features besides its compliance with all up-to-date international conventions, regulations and relevant rules (including the MARPOL convention, the SOLAS and IBC regulations and a variety of requirements from USCG,OCIMF and Exxon etc):short loading and unloading time;minimal cargo oil residues; extra safety capability against contamination; Rapid tank cleaning time. |
