尾轴架结构设计

摘    要:尾轴架设计的好坏直接影响整个船体尾部工作状态及推进效率,而制约尾轴架设计的客观因素有很多。以某工作船为研究对象,详细介绍了尾轴架结构设计特点及其外载荷的计算方法。通过有限元模拟,分别考察和探讨了支臂的数量、支臂间夹角及支臂的剖面形状等几个方面对尾轴架强度和刚度的影响,并得出了一些结论及建议。

Abstract:The quality of propeller shaft brackets design determines the working condition and propulsion efficiency of the afterbody of a ship and there are several factors affecting the structural design of the propeller shaft brackets. Taking a work boat as the research object ,this paper introduced the structural design feature and the computing method of the external load of propeller shaft brackets in details. Based on finite element modeling ,effects of struts number,angle between two struts and sectional shape of the struts on strength and stiffness of the propeller shaft brackets were considered and discussed respectively. Some conclusions and suggestions were obtained.
