摘    要:目前国内造船业的转模工作进展很快,船舶设计与建造正与国外先进的模块化技术接轨。船舶采用模块化设计建造技术,势必引起管路设计安装的变革。论述了模块化设计建造技术下管路连接方式的变化及管路连接技术的研究进展,着重对卡箍式管接头、TiNi记忆合金管接头的密封原理、特点及模块化设计建造管路对接的优化准则进行论述。

Abstract:Modular design in shipbuilding industry has made much progress. The subsection design and building techniques have been adopted in the domestic shipbuilding industry, which is approaching to the international standards. The state-of-the-art modular design will lead to the change of pipeline design and fixing. The paper discusses such a change that will have an effect on the pipeline joint mode and the development of pipeline joint techniques, especially the sealing principle, characteristic of buckle tie-in and TiNi memory alloy tie-in. At last it discusses the guideline for modular design and building techniques of pipeline joint.
