基于数值模拟的复杂船舶围壁传热计算

摘    要:采用数值模拟软件ANSYS和FLUENT对船舶复杂围壁分别进行稳态和动态的模拟计算,并将计算结果与相关手册提供的简化算法的计算结果进行对比。结果表明,采用简化计算方法得到的船舶典型围壁传热系数与采用数值方法计算得到的传热系数差异较大,计算误差约达10%。同时,采用稳态传热(即采用传热系数)计算的围壁传热量与采用动态方法计算的围壁传热量的差异也较大。因此,在计算围壁传热量时,应采用动态计算方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the steady and dynamic heat transfer of complicated ship casing walls is numeri- cally simulated by ANSYS and FLUENT. The simulation results are then compared with the results calcu- lated using the simplified method presented in a related manual. It is observed that the heat transfer coeffi- cient obtained with the simplified method differs greatly with the numerical result, and the maximum error can reach as high as 10%. Meanwhile, the results show that the calculated capacity of heat transmission is distinct between the dynamic simulation and the steady simulation. Therefore, the dynamic calculation method is suggested for analyzing the heat transfer problem of ship casing walls.
