基于夹层板的浮筏隔振系统有限元分析

摘    要:针对船用浮筏隔振系统,采用有限元分析法,建立平板式和夹层板式两种筏架结构的浮筏隔振系统的有限元分析模型,并估算两种浮筏隔振系统的隔振效果。计算结果表明,夹层板式浮筏隔振系统具有较好的隔振效果,在相同重量的情况下隔振量比平板式浮筏高出3~4dB,为新型筏架结构的研究提供了思路。

Abstract:For the marine vibration isolating system, finite element models of plane and sandwich plate floating raft systems were set up in this paper, the vibration level difference was applied to measure the effect of vibration isolation. Compared with plane floating raft, the calculation of sandwich plate floating raft show a superior behavior that the vibration level difference is 3 -4 dB higher under the conditions of equal weight. The results will provide a reference to the research of new floating raft structural forms.
