摘    要:针对船舶能量管理系统子站向主站发送大容量通用数据帧对实时性的需求,以及接收主站动态配置帧、命令帧和向主站发送故障录波数据帧对通信可靠性的需求,采用Cortex-M3内核ARM处理器作为硬件平台,移植了LwIP协议栈的实时操作系统μCOS-II作为软件平台,构建了满足数据帧实时传输和可靠传输的以太网结构。该设计方案在通信测试实验中具有良好的实时性和可靠性,满足了船舶能量管理系统中传输不同数据帧对通信实时性和可靠性的不同需求。

Abstract:The slave station of ship energy management system(SEMS) transmitting data to master station places significant demands on the abilities of real-time and reliability.On the one hand,it requires the real-time transmission of general data frames with large-capacity,on the other hand,it must be reliable while receiving dynamic configuration frames and command frames from master station,and in turn transmitting fault record frame back to the master station.For this purpose,we proposed an Ethernet structure that could satisfy the requirements of real-time data transmission with high reliability.The structure was established by using ARM processor of Cortex-M3 kernel as the hardware platform,while μCOS-II real-time operating system(LwIP protocol stack was transplanted) was adopted as the software platform.From communication experiments,the proposed scheme provides good real-time and reliability,and achieves different requirements for transmitting different data frames in SEMS.
