摘    要:电路板自动测试技术对于舰用动力装置监控系统的故障检测与维修至关重要。以CODOG动力装置监控系统使用广泛、故障率较高的电路板RA1-01继电器输出板为例,选取BDS—9210柜式VXI自动测试设备作为测试平台,介绍RA1-01的测试程序集(TPS)的开发过程。测试结果表明:TPS故障检测率为95%,故障隔离率为80%(模糊度为4)。

Automatic Testing Technique for PCB of CODOG Monitoring and Control System

Abstract:PCB (Printed Circuit Board) automatic test is very important to fault diagnosis and maintenance of monitoring and control system of warship power plant. A CODOG power plant monitoring and control system was analyzed. Automatic test equipment BDS-9210 was selected as the test platform. The test program set (TPS) of the relay output board RA1-01 which has been brought into wide use and often breaks down in monitoring and control system was developed. The test results show that the rate of fault detection is 95%, and the fault isolation is 80% (fuzzy degree 4).
