| Abstract: | This paper studies the principles of allocation for burden of proof in the legal proceedings, takes into account of the administrative review in practice, analyzes the allocation system for burden of proof from the points of legal foundation, associated factors, system selection and other aspects of the administrative review and puts forward some recommendations for reference by the relevant bodies when considering establishing and improving the system. |
