| Abstract: | Through elaborating the maritime law-enforcement risks at Chilla-Vietnam Boundary River, the Beilun River, this paper analyzes the reasons and firms of risks relating to thelaw enforcement in the area with practical experience to discuss the risk avoiding measures tier the basic-level maritime lawenforcement at the botmdary river area. |
