| Abstract: | This essay,based on the legal responsibilities of the maritime authority,sorts out and describes the procedures for control and inspection on the concealed and false declarations of dangerous goods containers carried by ships.Such procedures are of great importance in regulating the operations concerning maritime transport of dangerous goods containers and ensuring the transport safetyofthedangerousgoodscontainerscarriedbyships. |
