| Abstract: | The implementations of the international convention related to the seafarers were analysed in this paper.Because there are some problems in the Regulations for Seafarer,this paper provides some countermeasures for the seafarer's basic rights from legal point of view, in order to offer help for the guarantee of the seafarer's basic rights and the restriction mechanism of the Shipping employing units by amending and enacting relevant rules of law. |
