文中通过对辖区移动式平台在石油开发生产中防污染工作的分析，并结合近几年来对防污染管理工作的探索，提出防污染工作的合理化建议，以期达到有效防止近岸石油平台作业污染，确保让海洋更清洁之目的。

Discussion on the measures for prevention of pollution from offshore oil platforms

This paper analyzes the status of prevention of pollution from the mobile platforms operating in the waters under the jurisdiction and the experience of pollution control in the recent years.It also provides some appropriate suggestions with a view to realizing the purpose for prevention of the pollution from operation of offshore oil platforms and ensuring the cleaner ocean.
