| Abstract: | This paper provides some basic ideas and suggestions for perfecting contingency plans at all levels,reasonable deployment of response resources,expediting research in response techniques,strengthening collaboration between different sectors related and international exchange as well as establishment of comprehensive safeguarding mechanism in the further enhancement of waterborne HNS preparedness and response capability. |
