Research on the Application of the New Assessment Standards in the Management of Aids to Navigation in Shanghai

This paper analyses and summarizes the experience of the Aids to Navigation Division of Shanghai MSA in learning from the advanced experience abroad and applying the new assessment standards in the management to improve the quality of service. It also emphasizes the necessity and importance of implementing the new standards especially after the maintenance cycle is extended.
